That said, in the context of car performance after three races, it's clear that Red Bull are a class above everyone else, which makes runner up Ferrari's best prospect for 2023. If I was in charge there, I'd already be focusing efforts on 2024.

Would you prefer to have a Binotto winning car but with team screw ups, or a tighter Vasseur team set up but a car that won't be in with a shot?
Goodness, hard to pick! Probably the latter, because if you have a good team setup and structure, the car will soon follow.
